CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Cancellation and Refund Terms for International Tours

  • If a guest cancels the tour up to 120 days prior to the tour start date, Anatolian Culture Organization will refund 100% of the cost.
  • If the guest cancels the tour between 119 and 90 days prior to the tour start date The Anatolian Culture Organization will refund 50% of the amount to the guest.
  • If the guest cancels the tour between 89 and 60 days before the tour start date Anatolian Culture Organization refunds 30% of the cost to the guest.
  • If the guest wishes to cancel the tour contract between 59 and 0 days prior to the start of the tour, they will receive a full refund of the tour price. The company agrees and undertakes to pay the Anatolian Culture Organization.
  • During the refund process, amounts paid in Turkish Lira (TL) will be refunded in TL, and amounts paid in foreign currency will be refunded in the same currency to the guest.
  • Throughout the visa process, from the relevant country's refusal to grant the visa, delays at consulates, and various other disruptions. The Anatolian Culture Organization is not responsible. Our cancellation and refund terms and conditions apply in full, including all possible disruptions related to the consulate and visa.

Cancellation and Refund Terms for Domestic Tours

  • If the guest cancels the tour up to 30 days before the tour start date The Anatolian Culture Organization will refund 100% of the amount to the guest.
  • If the guest cancels the tour between 29 and 15 days before the tour start date The Anatolian Culture Organization will refund 50% of the amount to the guest.
  • If the guest wishes to cancel the tour contract up to 14-0 days prior to the start of the tour, they will receive a full refund of the tour price. The company agrees and undertakes to pay the Anatolian Culture Organization.
