• Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Your reservation will be created upon full payment of the amount stated on the first page. Travel health insurance will be invalid if the Tour Agreement and Tour Participation Form are not signed within 24 hours of payment.
• Guests who have booked a double room at the "per person in a double room" rate will be required to pay the difference for a "single room" or cancel their trip if a roommate cannot be found 60 days prior to the trip. Please refer to the "Payment Options" table for payment details.
• Not all hotels offer triple room accommodations. In hotels that do offer this option, standard double/twin rooms are usually converted into triple rooms by adding an extra bed. In triple room accommodations, the third bed is not standard and may be a fold-out portable bed or a sofa bed. Guests who prefer this type of accommodation are kindly requested to contact our sales department.
• The countries included in the tour program have established new rules regarding tourism activities, which are constantly being updated. Compliance with these rules is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in monetary fines or the inability to use a service. In such a case, Anatolian Culture accepts no responsibility.
